According to the statutes for securing the purpose of areas with tourism function of the municipality of Kreuth, the primary residence must be registered, a secondary residence is not approved. Extension possibilities such as a garden house or a log cabin in the rear part of the property are also possible with prior building law approval.

The street "Im Trinis" will be declared a private street in the foreseeable future. The notarial deed is available at the notary. The costs for the development amount to approximately € 1,000.

On the ground floor there are two entrance areas: On the southwestern and on the northeastern side of the house. The official entrance is to the northeast. From here, you pass the first two guest rooms in a clockwise direction, and enter the spacious breakfast room.
The open-plan kitchen-living room, equipped with oak wood flooring and natural stone makes a convincing impression as the central living point of the house. The fully equipped kitchen, including a professional Winterhalter dishwasher and large stove is equally practical and high quality. The entire living and dining room area invites you to enjoy cozy hours in a traditional ambience. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet, equipped in a modern design.

On the upper floor there are a total of three rooms, each with its own bathroom area, which can be used as a living room or guest room, but also as a study or children's room. An absolutely unique feature is the largest of the three rooms with ensuite bathroom and romantic freestanding bathtub.
The two floors have ceiling heights of 2.38 m and 2.50 m to a maximum of 3.56 m on the upper floor.

Overall, the modern country house in ecological timber frame construction will win you over with its cozy atmosphere. A modern wooden house that looks incomparable, unique in its consistency. Two spacious balconies on the southern and northern side complete the offer.
