On 20m² our compact City Studios offer everything you need for your stay in Munich.
You can enjoy a comfortable UK king size bed, a kitchenette complete with dining table, microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer and many designer cooking appliances.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the building. Work and chat in the co-working area. And relax with a dip in the heated outdoor pool before returning to your own apartment.

There's more to explore on the rooftop, including a colorful Urban Farm where we grow many of the ingredients for our restaurant. Lush plants, succulents, and raw materials like wood and concrete capture the image of the city.

Herzogpark in Munich-Bogenhausen: stately architecture, distinguished history.
Surrounded by old trees, nestled between the Isar, Montgelasstrasse and Oberföhringer Strasse. In this setting, we offer an exceptional living experience with the Herzogpark Suites. On offer are thoughtfully designed, unique 1- and 2-room suites with living spaces ranging from around 26 to 90m², designed by the renowned Munich firm steidle architects. Developed in the former park of the French General Consulate.

Representative and spacious entrance area with noble wooden doors, wall design in stucco technique, fine terrazzo as well as elegant lighting - contemporary and elegant design. Oiled oak parquet flooring, laid in herringbone pattern. Underfloor heating in all rooms. High sound insulation and controlled living room ventilation. Floor-to-ceiling windows in all suites provide a particularly light and free living feeling. Elegant bathrooms with stylish wall and floor tiles, the high-quality modern fittings, the elegant built-in furniture or the many other exquisite furnishing components.

All apartments have a centrally controlled ventilation system that adjusts and circulates the air even when you are away. The system is combined with an air conditioning unit for summer operation, so that the air in the apartment is cooled by up to 2 degrees.

In the Herzogpark Suites, the 2-room gallery apartments with their open-plan living concept are gems in themselves. Not only the rooms but also the window areas extend over two floors. The living space even outgrows itself with partial room heights of over 5 meters.

Very practical: A weekly cleaning and a change of linen every other week can be booked in addition.
